Q.It may happen after my consultation?
ANS.After the first consultation I will send you a remedy, it will be in the form of a liquid ,globulesto or a single tablet. I will probably ask you to wait for sometime before a follow up appointment, this is to give the remedy plenty of time to trigger the body's natural healing energy into starting a healing process.
During this period you may notice certain changes. This is because the body has been stimulated into throwing out toxic material. Sometimes you may notice a temporary release of emotional symptoms. you may notice old, sometimes forgotten symptoms appear briefly. This is a good sign that the body is dealing with conditions that were previously suppressed or not delt with at the time.
Q.Can homeopathy treat acute illness too?
ANS.Yes, homeopathy can treat acute illnesses like a cold or ear ache. This is because all symptoms are an expression of internal disorder. I can prescribe a remedy that may enable you to avoid the use of anti-biotics or steroids.
Q.How long will it take for me to be cured?
ANS.Unfortunately this is impossible to predict, because each individual case is different and cure depends on how much there is to unravel. Deep seated ailments. which have been around for years don't disappear overnight, so please be patient. Generally after receiving a remedy you should to feel better in yourself and your energy aand enjoyment of life should increase.
Q. Do I have to take any precaution after your treatment?
ANS. This depends on prescription, and I used to inform this to my patient about their diet and about do’s & don’ts .
Q.Can homeopathy work alongside conventional medicine?
ANS.Yes, homeopathy can work alongside conventional medicine with very good results. It can also treat unpleasant or unwanted side effects of drugs and procedures without causing any further harm. I do ask that you inform me of any medicines that have been prescribed for you and also any vitamins or supplements that you are taking so that I can assess whether a symptom is iatrogenic. In some cases for example skin disease I will recommend a cream that you can use instead of steroid creams which can suppress the symptoms and make treatment much more difficult and prolonged.
Q.Do remedies have side-effects?
ANS.No, they do not. In theory, the medicines can cause symptoms to worsen for a short period of time. This is what homeopaths call an aggravation. In practice, careful selection of the remedy and potency (strength) usually ensures that this is a very mild effect. Most people do not notice this effect.
Q.Do things get worse before they get better?
ANS.No. Very few patients notice an aggravation. It is not essential to the success of the treatment. It is always possible to select a remedy and a potency in such a way to avoid this.
